Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tickets to Events

Version: 7 March 2024

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of https://tikety.com and all associated sites (collectively “Tikety Website”) for the the purchase and use of tickets to events, including concerts, sports events, attractions, tours, experiences and theatre shows ("Events") by the consumer ("Consumer") from Tikety ("Agent"). By purchasing tickets from the Agent, the Consumer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. We operate the Tikety Website as an intermediary platform to promote Events on behalf of a third party  (“Supplier”). We act as agents for the Suppliers and the descriptions of the Events originate from them.

  1. Ticket Purchase and Delivery:
    1. The Consumer must provide accurate and complete information during the ticket purchase process.
    2. Tickets will be delivered through the selected delivery method, primarily through electronic delivery but occasionally by physical mail, or at the box office.
  2. Ticket Availability and Pricing:
    1. Ticket availability is subject to change and may be limited.
    2. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
    3. The Consumer agrees to pay the specified ticket price along with any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges which are clearly displayed on the Event details page and through the booking process.
    4. Suppliers will routinely restrict the number of tickets that can be purchased in a single transaction. This is standard practice and done to safeguard against fraud and ensure a quality experience for the user. The number available per person will vary depending on the event but will always be clear to the Consumer on the Tikety Website as the button to increase the number of tickets required (+) is automatically disabled when the limit is reached.
  3. Transaction details
    1. Tikety is a brand operated by Tickitto AI Limited. In the majority of cases a credit card will show Tikety.com as the transacting party on the credit statement. However, in some cases the statement lists Tickitto AI Limited as the transacting party.
    2. Although the user’s preferred currency is shown on the Tikety Website, our transactions with suppliers are always in GB Pounds. We guarantee that the conversion rate at the time of the transaction is always correct.  An approximation of the transaction value in the Consumer’s preferred currency is shown on the email for information purposes. Occasionally there is a discrepancy which is due to a fluctuation in exchange rates in the few seconds it takes to prepare the email. In these cases your credit card statement is always correct. If you are not happy with this discrepancy, please contact the Agent’s customer service team who will be pleased to resolve it with you.
    3. Given that Tikety charges in GB Pounds, depending on the Consumer’s home country and card, a foreign transaction fee may be levied by the credit card company. This is not visible or known to Tikety. It is the Consumer’s responsibility to assess the specific terms of their credit agreement prior to completing the transaction.
  4. Ticket Use:
    1. Tickets are valid only for the specific Event and date as stated on the ticket.
    2. Tickets may only be resold subject to the terms in place with the Supplier and at the Consumer’s own discretion and risk.
  5. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Modification:
    1. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify an Event due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases the Agent undertakes to provide information to the Consumer as soon as practicable.
    2. The Consumer agrees that the Supplier will not offer a refund in cases where the event is rescheduled.
    3. In the event of cancellation, the Consumer will be entitled to a refund as per the Supplier’s refund policy.
    4. Neither the Supplier nor the Agent shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Consumer due to event changes.
    5. Unless stated otherwise  on the Events details page on the Tikety Website or as provided by law, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    6. The Consumer can cancel tickets as stipulated by the Suppliers’ terms and conditions. These are clearly outlined on the Event booking page and in your confirmation.
  6. Consumer Conduct:
    1. The Consumer agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Event venue and organizers.
    2. Disorderly conduct or any violation of the Event rules may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
  7. Event Content and Performances:
    1. The Agent does not guarantee the content, lineup, or duration of the Event, as they may be subject to change.

    1. We take responsibility for the elements we can control. We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during the Event.
